Plant, Earnest C. Beaudin, Hashim Mitha and Fred Munn who were all re-elected as
members of the Board at the Company's Annual General Meeting held July 17, 2014,
upon the Company increasing the Board of Directors to seven (7) from six (6) as
approved at the Annual General Meeting.
