The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the MVIS North America Energy Infrastructure Index. companies may include those involved in oil and gas pipelines, storage facilities, and other activities associated with transporting, storing, and gathering natural gas, natural gas liquids, crude oil or refined products. To be initially eligible for the Index, companies must generate at least 50% of their revenues from oil and gas storage and transportation (as defined above). Such companies may include medium- and large-capitalization companies and North American issuers, including Canadian issuers. As of December 31, 2021, the Index included 29 securities of companies with a market capitalization range of approximately $321.9 million and $79.2 billion and a weighted average market capitalization of $25.4 billion.
