(b) On May 30, 2012, Arthur R. Levine’s employment at, and employment agreement with, IVAX Diagnostics, Inc. (the “Company”) ceased. Mr. Levine served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, Vice President — Finance and Secretary.
