Staffing Ventures plc - Additional Listing

Staffing Ventures plc has applied to have the 7,675,878 Existing Ordinary Shares
of 5p each re-admitted and applied for the admission of 10,526,316 Placing
Shares of 5p each to the Alternative Investment Market. Admission is pursuant to
the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Parys Snowdon Payroll
Services Limited, detailed in the Circular to Shareholders posted on 5 December
2003.

Application has been made to admit these shares to trading on the Alternative
Investment Market. It is expected that admission of these 7,675,878 Existing
Ordinary Shares and the 10,526,316 Placing Shares will become effective at
8.00am on 12 January 2004.
