Report by Bezeq Subsidiary- Initiation
of Deployment of Ultra-Broadband Stationary Infrastructure in Israel
On September 15, 2020,
Bezeq The Israel Telecommunication Corporation Ltd. (“Bezeq”), a 26.34%
subsidiary of B Communications Ltd. (the “Company”), reported to the Israel Securities Authority (the
“ISA”) and Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (the “TASE”) that on September 14, 2020, Bezeq’s
board of directors approved the launch and initiation of Bezeq’s plan for the deployment of ultra- broadband stationary infrastructure
in Israel. That decision came immediately following the adoption by the Israeli government, on September 13, 2020, of the recommendations
of a report from an Israeli inter-ministerial team for the deployment of that infrastructure throughout Israel, which report had
been approved by the Israeli Minister of Communications.

the foregoing report of Bezeq is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K.
