Industries Ltd. (NASDAQ SmallCap: RADID), announced that it has
received a compliance notification from Nasdaq dated March 5, 2007
stating that the Company has regained compliance with Marketplace
Rule 4320(e)(2)(E)(ii). The Company's ordinary shares are currently
traded under the Nasdaq symbol: RADID. The symbol will change from
RADID to RADA at the open of business on March 15, 2007. About RADA
