World Airways Flight Dispatchers Agree to Three-Year Contract

PEACHTREE CITY, Ga., Dec. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Flight
dispatchers at World Airways, a wholly owned subsidiary of World
Air Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:WLDAE) have approved a new three-year
contract effective Jan. 1, 2006. The flight dispatchers are
represented by the Transport Workers Union of America, and
negotiations have been ongoing since the contract became amendable
in December 2003. "We look forward to working with our professional
