Aspen Declares Dividends on Ordinary Shares, Perpetual PIERS and Perpetual Preference Shares

Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited (the “Company”) (NYSE:AHL)
today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly
cash dividend on its ordinary shares of $0.15 per ordinary share.
The dividend is payable on March 5, 2012 to the holders of record
as of the close of trading on February 17, 2012.
The Company’s Board of Directors also declared a cash dividend
on its Perpetual Preferred Income Equity Replacement Securities
(“Perpetual PIERS”) of S$0.703125 per Perpetual PIERS. The dividend
is payable on April 1, 2012 to the holders of record as of the
close of business on March 15, 2011.
In addition, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a
dividend on the 7.401% Perpetual Non-Cumulative Preference Shares
(“Perpetual Preference Shares”) of $0.462563 per Perpetual
Preference Share. The dividend is payable on April 1, 2012 to the
holders of record as of the close of business on March 15,
2011.
