Aspen Declares First Quarterly Dividend HAMILTON, Bermuda, March 12
/PRNewswire/ -- Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited (NYSE: AHL) today
announced that its Board of Directors has declared its initial
quarterly cash dividend of US$0.03 per common share payable on
March 31, 2004 to shareholders of record at the close of business
on March 23, 2004. About Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited Aspen

Bermudian holding company that provides property and casualty
reinsurance in the global market, property and liability insurance
