Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b) On April 2, 2021, Mike Pope informed Arlo Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to not stand for re-election to the Board of Directors at the Company’s 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “2021 Annual Meeting”). Mr. Pope’s decision to not stand for re-election is not the result of a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. Mr. Pope intends to continue serving as a director until the expiration of his term at the 2021 Annual Meeting.
