Redcliffe Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE:RXP.A) (TSX VENTURE:RXP.B) ("Redcliffe")
is pleased to announce that it has received regulatory approval in connection
with the previously announced extension of the exercise period of warrants
issued on November 27, 2007 and December 6, 2007, which were set to expire 12
months from their date of issuance.  As a result, Redcliffe has extended the
term of all 6,041,352 unexercised warrants outstanding with an exercise price of
$0.55 until March 31, 2009.
