Item 8.01 Other Events

 

On December 21, 2021, Sentient Brands Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s launch of a social media marketing and influencer campaign for its Oeuvre Skincare luxury product line. Oeuvre Skincare is a high-end collection of luxury bioactive skincare products offered through the Company’s direct-to-consumer oeuvreskincare.com platform.

 

A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
