The Board of Emirates Strategic Investments Company - Sole Proprietorship L.L.C. (the "Company") is pleased to release the interim condensed consolidated financial statements for the period ended 30 June 2020.

HIGHLIGHTS

-- Major revenue stream comprised of rental income, dividend income and share of profit from the joint ventures amounting to AED 123.76 million, AED 169.52 million and AED 17.06 million respectively for the period ended 30 June 2020.

   --    Profit for the period ended 30 June 2020 amounted to AED 144.42 million. 
   --    As at 30 June 2020, the Company's total equity was AED 7,153 million. 
   --    Financial Summary for the reported period is as follows:
