The Net Asset Values (“NAVs”) for the above company as at the close of business on 7 December 2016 were:-
Ordinary Share (excluding current year revenue) = 211.20p
Ordinary Share (including current year revenue) = 215.21p
Zero Dividend Preference Share = 153.98p
The market value of investments was GBP340.7m less net liabilities (including Zero Dividend Preference Shares) of GBP105.0m to leave Shareholders’ Funds of GBP235.7m.
