    Grant of Options to Director

    
Ambrian Capital plc, the specialist investment banking group, announces that on 16 May 2008 John Coles, Finance Director of the 
Company, was granted 660,000 options to subscribe for Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 10 pence per share. The options are
exercisable until 3 January 2015. These options represent Mr Coles' share of a senior management incentive plan and as such vest over a
number of years dependent upon his on-going employment with the Group.  
    Following the grant of these options, Mr. Coles holds 924,444 options to subscribe for Ordinary Shares in the Company.
