Total Voting Rights

AssetCo (AIM: ASTO), the agile asset and wealth management company, announces that f urther to the announcement made by River and Mercantile Group plc ("RMG") and AssetCo earlier today that the Scheme has become effective in accordance with its terms following delivery of the Court Order to the Registrar of Companies, AssetCo is pleased to announce that 5,974,473 New AssetCo Shares issued in relation to the Scheme and 8,424,847 Existing Ordinary Shares will be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission and commencement of dealings in the Ordinary Shares is expected to occur on or soon after 8.00 a.m. on 15 June 2022.

Following Admission, AssetCo's issued share capital will consist of 14,399,320 Ordinary Shares with one voting right each. AssetCo does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in AssetCo is 14,399,320. With effect from Admission, this figure may be used by shareholders in AssetCo as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of AssetCo under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
