                          Director / PDMR Shareholding

Princella Investments Limited ("Princella Investments") subscribed for 8,055,556
ordinary shares in the Company as part of the Company's share placing, announced
today. 5,555,556 shares were subscribed for at a price of 4.5 pence per share
and 2,500,000 were subscribed for at a price of 4 pence per share. Following the
placing, Princella Investments now holds 15,782,829 ordinary shares.

Eddie Jordan, a non-executive director of Betbrokers, is settlor and beneficiary
of the trust which owns Princella Investments.  The combined shareholding of Mr
Jordan and Princella Investments is now 15,916,162 ordinary shares representing
5.36 per cent. of the issued share capital.
