  Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company announces that its Board of 
        Directors will convene on Thursday, 26 November 2020, to examine the 
 financial results for the Bank of Cyprus Group for the nine months ended 30 
                                                             September 2020. 
 
 The financial results will be announced on Friday, 27 November 2020, before 
   market opens, to the London Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
