                                Board changes


Business Systems Group Holdings plc announces that Mark Atkinson, Group
Finance Director, has decided to retire from the Group in order to pursue
personal interests.  He will leave the Group on 3rd September 2001 and will
receive no compensation.



The Board has appointed James Wheaton, ACA, aged 37, as the new Group Finance
Director, also with effect from 3rd September 2001.



Mr Wheaton, who qualified with Touche Ross (a predecessor firm of Deloitte &
Touche), was most recently the finance director of a division of AMEY plc and
prior to that held a senior financial position with BUPA.



Nick Gerard, Chief Executive, said "The Board is sorry to lose Mark but we are
grateful for his input during the flotation and thereafter".  He added "We are
delighted to have found someone of James's calibre as a replacement and
believe that with his experiences at AMEY and BUPA he brings a great deal of
value to the Board".
