                                 Board changes



Business Systems Group Holdings plc announces that following the conclusion of
his fixed term contract, Malcolm Coleman has not put himself forward for
re-election as a non-executive director.  No compensation is payable.



Geoff Procter, Chairman, said "The Board is grateful for his experience and
guidance both through the flotation and thereafter."
