Exercise of Sharesave Award

The Company announces that on 1st December 2014, Damian Ely exercised an option
over 8,146 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at £1.1048 per
share under The Charles Taylor Consulting Sharesave Scheme 2007.

Following this announcement Damian Ely and his connected persons hold a total
of 57,504 Shares equivalent to 0.13% of the total voting rights of the Company.


This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligation under DTR3.1.4R.
