Direct Wonen NV, the Dutch property and financial services provider, announces
that the General Meeting of the Group is to be held at The Steigenberger Kurhaus
Hotel, Gevers Deynootplein 30, 2586 CK The Hague, the Netherlands on Tuesday 30
October 2007, commencing at 9.30am.


The agenda to the meeting, the Annual accounts and other relevant documentation
are available for inspection, from the date of this notice at the head office of
the Company during normal working hours at Binckhorstlaan 340, (2516 BL) The
Hague, the Netherlands. These documents will remain available for inspection at
the designated address until the end of the meeting.
