Diamond Lifestyle Holding Plc (the "Company")

Statement re suspension

The Company's shares resumed trading on AIM today following the posting of its
accounts to 31 December 2006 to shareholders.

The preliminary announcement of the Company's results to 31 December 2006 was
made 30 April 2007, no significant changes have been made to the accounts since
that date. The delay in posting the accounts to shareholders was as a result of
an administrative error.

Paul Hughes, Chairman, made the following statement:-

"With the Company's shares resuming trading today, I thought it appropriate to
give Shareholders a summary of the progress that the Board is making in
developing the Company's strategy to underpin future shareholder value.

The sub prime sector has received extensive press coverage in 2007, driven
primarily by event in the United States, due to concerns over the core sales
process and appraisal of lending to clients. In the UK this has inevitably
resulted in sub-prime lenders reviewing their financial arrangements with
suppliers, which in turn has led to a reduction in lending fees and commissions.

Against this background, the Diamond Board is confident that its compliance
procedures and excellent relationship with its regulator gives the Company a
competitive advantage in the sector.

To ensure maintenance of earnings in its core sectors, the Board has already
made significant progress in both reducing administrative costs, and also
ceasing to operate in areas where acceptable financial returns cannot be
achieved.

To provide a platform for a significant enhancement in earnings, the Company has
already signed agreements to improve lead generation, this should start to
impact on the business during the second half of 2007. The Board is also
engaged in further measures to enhance the volume and quality of leads provided
to the Company.

Reflecting Diamonds position in its market place, the Board has also
re-negotiated its fee and commission arrangements with lenders, which should see
them being restored to the levels seen in 2005 and 2006. This should have a
favourable impact on earnings from the second half of 2007".
