ASSET SALE UPDATE

On 15 July 2022 the Company announced its agreement to sell its Airbus A380-861 aircraft to Emirates (the "July Announcement").

Further to the July Announcement, the Board is happy to announce that, following the Lease End Date, sale proceeds of GBP25.30m have been received with title successfully passing to Emirates.

The Board wishes to thank Emirates for its part in this transaction, and the Board intends to provide a further update to shareholders, in relation to the return of the proceeds and the liquidation of the Company, in January 2023.
