PDMR Share Purchase

FireAngel (AIM: FA.), one of Europe's leading developers and suppliers of home safety products, has been notified that earlier today, Jeff Ferrier, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, purchased in aggregate, 544,904 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at an average price of 13.75 pence per share. As a result, Mr Ferrier now has a total beneficial interest, in aggregate, of 544,904 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.43 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
