FireAngel (AIM: FA.), one of Europe's leading developers and suppliers of home safety products, announces that Mike Stilwell, Group Finance Director, has informed the Board that he has accepted an opportunity with a wider management remit. It is expected that Mike will remain as a Director of the Company until Q1 2021. The search for a replacement has already commenced.

John Conoley, Executive Chairman of FireAngel, commented : " Mike leaves with our thanks and best wishes. The Board and management team have enjoyed working with Mike and we wish to express our gratitude for his contribution to the Company over the past two years."
