Total Voting Rights
Genedrive plc (AIM: GDR) confirms that in accordance with the
FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, as at 30 June 2020
the Company's issued share capital comprised 51,986,071 ordinary
shares with voting rights ('Shares'). No Shares are held in
Treasury. As such, the number of Shares with voting rights is
51,986,071.
This figure may be used by shareholders (and others with
notifiable obligations) as their denominator for the calculations
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under
the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
