    HOLDING IN COMPANY


    In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company received notification on 8 July
2008, from Prop Trading and Investments Limited ("Prop Trading"), that on 3 July 2008 Prop Trading had purchased 3,866,667 ordinary shares
in the company, representing 7.53 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.  Following this transaction, Prop Trading's interest
in the Company is 7.53 per cent.

    The issued share capital of the Company is 51,336,666 ordinary shares of 0.125p each.
