Monthly Net Asset Value per Share

Honeycomb Investment Trust plc (the "Company") is pleased to provide its monthly Net Asset Value ("NAV").

As at 31 August 2016, the Company's unaudited net asset value per share on a cum-income basis was GBP1,020.05 (NAV of GBP153.0 million) and on an ex-income basis GBP1,000.39 (NAV of GBP150.1 million).

This NAV has been calculated by Apex Fund Services (UK) Ltd.
