Northbridge Industrial Services plc, the industrial services and rental company, announces that it has received notification that Stephen Yapp, Director of the Company, has today purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 114 pence.

Following this transaction Stephen Yapp's total holding is 40,000 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.14% of the issued share capital of the Company.
