Cancellation of admission of the Company's Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM

The Board of Directors of MMP announces today that, further to the Company announcement of 14 July 2016, MMP is cancelling the admission of its ordinary shares to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. The cancellation of MMP's AIM listing was approved by a special majority of the Company's shareholders at a general meeting of the Company held today.

The last day for dealings in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will be 17 August 2016, with final cancellation taking effect at 7 a.m. on 18 August 2016.
