Result of General Meeting

The special resolution put to Shareholders at the adjourned General Meeting of the Company held earlier today to consider the proposed Cancellation of the admission of its Shares to trading on AIM was duly passed.

The admission of the Shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled at 07:00 on 18 January 2011.
