Notice of Annual General Meeting

Naibu Global International Company Plc (AIM:NBU), a leading Chinese manufacturer and supplier of branded sportswear, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012 was posted today to shareholders together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting, a form of proxy, and information relating to the scrip dividend. An electronic copy of the Naibu Report and Accounts 2012, the Notice of Annual General Meeting, and also the form of proxy as a separate document, are available from the Company's investor relations website at www.naibu.com in accordance with AIM Rule 20. The scrip dividend documentation is also available to view on the Company's website in the new "Dividends" section of the investor relations page.

The Company also announces that the timetable for the payment of the Company's proposed maiden final dividend to shareholders has changed and is set out in the table below.
