Rights
In accordance with the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, the Company would
like to notify the market that as at 02 December 2024 its total
issued share capital consists of 581,535,753 Ordinary Shares, each
with equal voting rights.
The Company holds 9,285,432 Ordinary
Shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of
voting rights in the Company is 581,535,753. Shareholders should
use this number as the denominator for the calculations by which
they will determine whether they are required to notify their
interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the
FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
