LONDON--IPPlus PLC (IPP.LN) said Monday it is appointing Andy Francombe as its chief financial officer as part of the process to reinvent itself, after saying it is going to change its name to PCI-PAL PLC.

Mr. Francombe had previously held senior finance roles at the Coca-Cola Company (KO) in Europe and Macquarie Bank, the company said.

The company, which from now on will only focus on secure payment solutions, said it doesn't have any call center operations anymore, now that it has sold IPPlus U.K. Ltd. and CallScripter Ltd. IPPlus and got 4.8 million pounds ($6.4 million) in net cash.

Shares at 0855 GMT unchanged at 34 pence.
