The directors are pleased to announce that the Company has made an allotment of
45,498 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company under the 2004/2005 offer for
subscription announced on 23 December 2004.

It is expected that dealings will commence on Tuesday 1 February 2005.

The 2004/2005 offer closes on 4 April 2005 and the 2005/2006 offer, also
announced on 23 December 2004, closes on 30 June 2005.
