The Company was advised on 28 April 2009 that on 27 April 2009 a PDMR, Claire 
Hamon, sold 17,868 ordinary shares of 2p each at a price of 56.25p. 
 
Following this sale, her revised shareholding in the Company is as follows: 
 
Claire Hamon now has a direct holding of 35,459 ordinary shares in the Company, 
representing approximately 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company. She 
also holds unvested awards of 129,433 ordinary shares under the LTIP scheme, 
together with 8,571 ordinary shares under the Deferred Bonus Plan.
