Interim Dividend Declaration
SDCL Energy Efficiency Income Trust plc is pleased to announce
the fourth quarterly interim dividend in respect of the year ended
31 March 2022 of 1.405 pence per Ordinary Share ( which brings the
aggregate interim dividends equivalent to 5.62 pence per Ordinary
Share for the year ended 31 March 2022). The shares will go
ex-dividend on 23 June 2022 and the dividend will be paid on 30
June 2022 to shareholders on the register as at the close of
business on 24 June 2022.

opportunity for capital growth. The Company is targeting a dividend
of 5.62p per share in respect of the financial year to 31 March
2022. SEEIT's last published NAV was 104.5p per share as at 30
September 2021.
