Purchase of Own Shares

In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4R, SVG announces that on 17 January 2017 it cancelled from treasury 15,435,410 ordinary shares that had previously been bought back by the Company.

Following the cancellation, the Company holds no ordinary shares in treasury and has 107,403,041 ordinary shares in issue.
