The Company announces that BW Family Ltd, a trust set up for the benefit of Keith Butler Wheelhouse and his family, and which is considered to be a person closely associated with Mr Butler-Wheelhouse, Non-Executive Director, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 108p per share on 4 December 2018. Following this transaction, Mr Butler-Wheelhouse has a total beneficial interest in 369,798 ordinary shares in the Company.
