In accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse
Regulation, the Company has been notified that Richard Hope, CFO,
has transferred 58,189 ordinary shares of the Company, of which he
is the sole beneficiary, to a nominee in the name of Iweb share

below, does not affect Mr Hope's total holding or the number of
