The Board of UIL Limited (the "Company") announces that on 13 July 2021 the Company purchased for cancellation 49,265 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 282.50p per share. The lowest/highest price paid per share was 282.50p/282.50p respectively.

Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in issue in the Company is now 84,069,018.
