the Company has formed a Strategic Advisory Committee to navigate
its expansion into the legalized marijuana industry and has named
the head of LegalizePot.us, Inc. management team, Steven (Steve) Machat, its first Committee
member. This move follows its announcement last month of
commitments from 11 dispensaries across Colorado and New
Jersey.
Steve Machat, management head of
LegalizePot.us, Inc., an organization proudly committed to serving
as the people's portal to the legalization and production of all
things derived from cannabis and hemp, brings to the new committee
a keen understanding of the marijuana industry. His organization
collects and disseminates news and events on everything cannabis
and hemp related, as well as focuses on the procurement of
warehouses and permits for medical marijuana and recreational
marijuana grows and dispensaries throughout the United States and other parts of the world
where Cannabis and Hemp are legal to cultivate and dispense. In

Carter and has been an active partner at his firm Machat
& Machat in New York City,
representing and litigating on behalf of a vast array of major
entertainment icons such as the Rolling Stones, Dick Clark, Pink Floyd, Gianni Versace, Mickie
Mantle and Lou Reed just to
name a few. Over the past several years, he has represented artists
in over 100 nations, including ELO. Genesis, Phil Collins, Peter

phone users to the Company's age/ID verification software and allow
them to review the dispensaries different products and allow them
to pay for them through the mobile app when that service becomes

be the largest of all revenue streams due to transactional and
processing revenues of all the dispensaries mobile app customers.
The Company's focus is to aggressively expand the app user base
into all legalized marijuana states.
