Orange Business Services, the business services arm of Orange (ORA.FR), said Friday that it has acquired French software publisher Enovacom.

Orange Business Services said it has signed an agreement for the acquisition on behalf of its health subsidiary Orange Healthcare.

The financial details of the deal have not been made available and the closing of the acquisition is expected to be carried out in the coming weeks, subject to the usual suspensive conditions, said Orange Business Services.

Enovacom will become a subsidiary of Orange Business Services and will be operationally attached to Orange Healthcare, said Orange Business Services.
