(Amex:MEK), announced that it has received an order for its flagship DC2000 Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) software system as well as several thousand of its high performance SIP brand of cellular based, meter data loggers. The order, valued at approximately $1.6�million in revenues, is scheduled for delivery during 2007 to a natural gas distribution company based in Europe. The system will enable the user to read its entire base of industrial customer meters within minutes via GSM/EDGE cellular and TCP/IP technologies and to do this several times a day, thereby facilitating multiple billing options for its customers.
