same day, Individual Savings Accounts ("ISA's") held in the name of
Liz Shanahan, Non-Executive Director, purchased 19,755 ordinary
shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 198.64p per
Ordinary Share and ISA's held by Timothy Lacey, husband and a PCA
of Liz Shanahan, purchased 30,586 Ordinary Shares at a price of
198.64p per Ordinary Share.
