SRS Saras Raffinerie Sarde SPA

MILAN--Italian energy company Saras SpA (SRS.MI) and Russian state-controlled oil company OAO Rosneft (ROSN.RS) said Monday senior executives from the two companies' met in Rome to discuss opportunities for cooperation.

Rosneft President Igor Sechin met Saras Chairman Gian Marco Moratti and Chief Executive Massimo Moratti and agreed "to form a working group that will review joint commercial opportunities," that could include crude oil supply to the Sarroch refinery in Sardinia, but will not be limited to that, the companies said in a statement.
