Brazilian Real Trades Near 1-year High Against US Dollar

Brazil's real edged sharply higher against its US counterpart on
Wednesday morning in New York. Extending its 3-day winning streak,
the real rose to nearly a 1-year high of 1.795 versus the buck by
9:05 am ET compared to 1.804 hit late New York Tuesday. The
dollar-real pair attempted to reverse its course thereafter and is
currently quoted at 1.8025
