Additional factors that could cause actual results to differ materially from those expressed or implied in forward-looking statements can be found in FNTE’s most recent annual report on Form 10-K and subsequently filed quarterly reports on Form 10-Q and current reports on Form 8-K, which are available, free of charge, at the SEC’s website at www.sec.gov, and in the registration statement on Form S-4 and FNTE’s proxy statement/prospectus.
