Explanatory Note:
On June 12, 2019, Rockwell Medical, Inc. filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the Original Form 8-K) reporting the voting results from the Companys 2019 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the Annual Meeting). The Original Form 8-K also reported that the Annual Meeting was adjourned until June 25, 2019 with respect the voting on Proposal 3(a). The purpose of this amendment to the Original Form 8-K is to amend and supplement the Original Form 8-K to report the final meeting results from the reconvened meeting on June 25, 2019.

On June 6, 2019, Rockwell Medical, Inc., a Michigan corporation (the Company), held its 2019 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which meeting was adjourned and reconvened on June 25, 2019 (the 2019 Annual Meeting).
